Jon P. Gunnemann, a distinguished ethicist, retired in 2008 from Emory University, where he was a faculty member since 1981. He earned an A.B. from Harvard University in 1962, and an M.A. (1969) and Ph.D. (1975) from Yale University. In addition to his position at Emory, he also taught at the Pennsylvania State University from 1970-1976 and at Yale Divinity School from 1976-1981.
